Amvet PTO Bylaws
The Amvet PTO bylaws are both a legal document and a roadmap for the PTO's actions.
A required element when forming a non-profit organization, bylaws are a form of agreement or contract between the organization and its owners to conduct itself in a certain way.
A Bylaws Subcommittee was formed this school year to review/revise the last revision dated 2012. This subcommittee also referred to the bylaws of other PTOs in our town during this process. The revised bylaws were approved at our April PTO Meeting and are posted below
